- Once the card is lost / stolen / damaged, you can report to the Sales Recharge Machine / Ticket Vending Machine (OR) Al Ain Bus Station, Bus stations in Abu Dhabi
- If the card is not registered, you cannot report for the lost card (OR)
- Contact the DARB Hafilat Card Customer Service Support Call Centre: 800850Abu Dhabi Taxi Call Centre: 60053535

I have lost my hafialt card around 5 pm on 8th November near by sanaya industrial area.my card balance is AED 46.can I get my balance ,if I take a new card?kindly help..
You can get the balance if you have personalize card. I have same case, I lost my card with 88AED on it but they cannot transfer or block the card if the card is not personalized.
I already recharge my hafilat card 2 times, but its not recharge

I lost my hafilat card day before yesterday it was i newly purchased card please find me a solution about it
Dear hafilat today i came by bus from musaffah driving school Abudhabi to Mafraq city 2 and during that time one saeed officer he checked my card when i entered in the bus and that time too many peoples entered in the bus that why i punched my card at left side machine of the bus but
machine was not working i informed officer you can check cctv or machine but officer he didn’t listen and he took my ID and gave 200 fine on my emirates id.At last officer he also checked the machine there was an problem with the machine.
