I recharge 80 dirhams unli for 1 month today time around 11 pm in marina mall abu dhabi then when i insert 100 dirhams money in the machine its show transaction cancelled but my money not returned then when i checked my balance its show zero balance.

I recharge 80 AED unli for 1 month today around 7:10pm in mushrif mall abu dhabi. When I insert 100 AED in the machine it’s showing on process for a long time then automatically shut down & my money not returned. The machine # is TVM-258-A1. We’re trying to call your customer care but nobody pick up our call. One Arabic guy also help me to call thru Arabic option but still the same nobody pick it up.
